Trust & Safety
Our safety model focuses on fraud prevention, fair payouts, commitment enforcement, and campaign quality for both sides of the marketplace.
Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. When you deposit, funds go to your creator balance and are used only to pay rewards for approved task completions. Earners receive rewards into their balance and can withdraw once payout details are set. Every transaction is recorded and visible in your dashboard—we don’t use your money for anything else.
Where your money goes:
- Stripe processes your payment → funds go to your platform balance.
- Creators: balance is used only for campaign rewards; full transaction history in your dashboard.
- Earners: earnings go to your balance; request a payout once details are set (see Earnings).
If you have a dispute or question about a charge or refund, contact support with your account email and transaction reference; we follow our policies and will respond with next steps.
We require users to keep their action (e.g. follow, like, subscribe) in place for a defined period—typically 30 days—after a submission is approved. This commitment ensures that creators get durable engagement and that payouts reflect real value.
- Users must accept the commitment terms before they can submit proof for any task.
- Breaking the commitment (e.g. unfollowing before the period ends) can result in reward clawback, financial penalties, or account suspension.
We reduce risk before harm occurs:
- Eligibility and account policies
- Campaign rules and acceptance criteria
- Commitment terms and quality gates
We identify issues early:
- Structured review for every submission
- Anomaly and pattern signals
- Verification and commitment checks
We act consistently when we find violations:
- Rejections with clear reasons
- Clawback and penalties where appropriate
- Suspension and appeals process
