By using Engagely, you agree to these terms. They cover account use, campaigns, task completion, commitment terms, payouts, refunds, and dispute resolution.
Creator deposits go to your platform balance and are used only to pay rewards for approved task completions. Refund eligibility for unused balance or disputed charges is handled according to our policies; contact support with your account email and transaction reference to open a dispute.
